At Christmas time I made fudge and put the leftovers into the freezer. Today, I am going to retrieve it and have a special treat. It's good to indulge yourself then and again. Sometimes I forget that.
I made three different kinds this year after a long hiatus of not making any, and they all turned out well. That's not always the case. Anyway, I hear it calling right now. Time to indulge.
I didn't freeze any Christmas treats this year. But I did freeze a slice of cake this weekend, just leaving it for a day when I need a pick-me-up. Enjoy your fudge!
I've never made fudge but I like to eat it!

ReplyDeleteI think you understand the concept quite well. Enjoy your cake when you decide it's time.
DeleteDebauchery! The absolute best kind. :)
ReplyDeleteThe only thing better would be fudge AND brownies.
DeleteFudge straight from the freezer sounds great (it's very hot here at the moment!). Enjoy it :)
ReplyDeleteWe've been hearing about your hot weather in the news. I've been wondering how you've been surviving.
