Here is goes for this week.
We had no waste this week again. I think this was partly because we really needed to go to the grocery store and we didn't cook much. However, no waste is no waste. I will take it when I can get it.
Also, below is a picture of something else that had little food waste this week--the pileated woodpecker that has been visiting our feeder. That bird knows how to eat. She almost rivals squirrels when eating suet.

Well done on no waste!
ReplyDeleteCute woodpecker! And great week with no food waste. Thanks for your advice on basil :)
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the different sort of birds and wildlife you get there. No woodepeckers, let alone pileated ones, on my birdfeeder!
ReplyDeleteWe had had downy woodpeckers for awhile, but just got this pileated one this summer. We were very excited-finally the woodpecker that Woody Woodpecker was based on.
DeleteCongrats on having no food waste! We have lots of pileated woodpeckers here. Yesterday, I saw one pecking in our grass!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on not having any food waste. Thank for the tip about cottage cheese. Love this woodpecker photo.
