I am thankful for a warm house.

We have had three days of snow this week, and I am thankful that I got to stay in my warm house and enjoy it through the window. Also, I am especially thankful for the people, who were not so fortunate as I was, and braved it through the snow and ice to keep the hospitals and emergency services running.
I too have found myself feeling incredibly grateful for a warm house. Are your supposed to be getting more snow this week?
ReplyDeleteI haven't looked that far ahead. I just know that today will be warm in the 40's and tomorrow will colder. We trying to figure out when we can get some painting done for a present.
DeleteWe've been having weather in the teens, which is unusually cold for us in December. Getting lake effect snow as a result of the cold. I'm also grateful for warm houses and hot beverages!
ReplyDeleteSince I'm always cold, you'd think that I would like hot beverages. However, I still prefer cold even in the winter. That is unless I need a hot cup to warm my hands on. :)

DeleteThat looks cold! I was grateful for my ceiling fan this weekend because it managed to cool me down (it was super-hot).
