We'll seem them everyday for a couple of weeks, and then won't see them for a month or so. I don't know where they go in the meantime. Maybe someone else has better stuff in their feeder.Live and Learnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13493777474885053903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6315851262843522940.post-30496718180891631242012-09-12T17:37:41.191-04:002012-09-12T17:37:41.191-04:00Our marigolds did wonderfully this year, even with...Our marigolds did wonderfully this year, even with the heat and lack of rain. I love what you see on your second look. Today I sat under the sumac trees listening to a woodpecker pecking away above my head. It took me a few minutes to find him in the foliage, but there he was. We usually don't see many acorns although we have several oak trees. Maybe the squirrels have something to do with that.Live and Learnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13493777474885053903noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6315851262843522940.post-26683318567166471312012-09-12T09:34:14.812-04:002012-09-12T09:34:14.812-04:00Hi live and learn,

I was out on Sunday checking the oaks near us and found a handful, but it's still a bit early. I get almost giddy about finding acorns here.Lili@creativesavvhttp://www.creativesavv.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
