Finally

I finally have the first crocus blooming in my yard. I have seen them other places along with daffodils and forsythia, but not here. Until now. Spring may come after all.

  2. Starting to see daffodils. Forsythia aren't out yet, but I'm eagerly awaiting all that yellow-ness! Happy Easter.

    1. Last year our forsythia grew out of control so we cut it way back this spring. I don't know if we'll get any blooms or not. However, around the neighborhood, it's just starting to come out.
      Happy Easter to you, too.

    2. At my parent's old house, there was a forsythia bush on one end. Sometimes it looked like it was eating the house! They do get out of control but I don't remember if trimming it back affects the blooms or not. We don't have a good spot for one here so I just vicariously enjoy everyone else's, especially my neighbor's!

    1. Happy Easter to you, Bless. I think I saw a daffodil blooming in the far corner of the yard yesterday out the window. If it doesn't rain again today, I'm gonna have to go check it out.
